Cancelling your order: Products usually ship out by 3pm EST on the business day that you place an order or the next business day if you order on a weekend or holiday. You may cancel an order before shipping by calling us or emailing sales@theplanedealer.com with your order cancellation request. Orders that are successfully canceled are fully refunded with no fees imposed.
Refunds: You may return any product that has shipped out to you within 14 days of receipt. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee as imposed by the manufacturer. Please email any refund/return request to sales@theplanedealer.com.
