Cancelling your order: Products usually ship out by 3pm EST on the business day that you place an order or the next business day if you order on a weekend or holiday. You may cancel an order before shipping by calling us or emailing sales@theplanedealer.com with your order cancellation request. Orders that are successfully canceled are fully refunded with no fees imposed.
Refunds: Subject to the restrictions outlined below, you may return any product that has shipped out to you within 14 days of receipt. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please email any refund/return request to sales@theplanedealer.com.
- Merchandise that cannot be returned:
- Any part that holds a PMA, TSO or STC that has been used, tested or installed.
- Any part that has a shelf life – Batteries, Oil, Paint, Life Vest/Raft, Hazardous Material etc.
- Tools and Test Equipment (eligible for exchange / account credit if in unopened, unused condition)
- Books, Videos, Software (unless item was shipped shrink-wrapped and returned in that condition)
- Merchandise specified as ‘Final Sale’.
