Cancelling your order: You may cancel an order before shipping by emailing support@theplanedealer.com with your order cancellation request.

Refunds: Once an order has shipped, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt subject to certain restrictions as outlined below.. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee as imposed by the manufacturer.  Please email any refund/return request to support@theplanedealer.com.  

  • Merchandise that cannot be returned:
    • Any part that holds a PMA, TSO or STC that has been used, tested or installed.
    • Any part that has a shelf life – Batteries, Oil, Paint, Life Vest/Raft, Hazardous Material etc.
    • Metal, Wood, Fabric and other Cut to Length or Cut to Size Material
    • Tools and Test Equipment (eligible for exchange / account credit if in unopened, unused condition)
    • Books, Videos, Software (unless item was shipped shrink-wrapped and returned in that condition)
    • Parts specified as ‘Final Sale’.
    • Special order or custom made parts.
